TRACE II – A participatory art project

Trace II – A participatory art project (2015) uses the language of binary code to capture the journey of four Doctors as they cycle to and from work. The project continues Janine’s main interest of research which focuses on movement and communication through physical and digital space. An edition of four prints & two AP’s were made from the GPS traces from the doctors journeys. The artist also made a sculpture that bought the four journeys together. The project was exhibited as part of Bespoke City at UNSW Art & Design on 2nd October 2015. Curated by Laura Fisher and Sabrina Sokalik, TRACE II also features as part of the veloscope website
